Important MEMOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are no early check-outs after 1:15 PM and 11:15 on Wednesdays .\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

We will not accept any outside food deliveries for students. Ex. Chick Fil A, McDonalds etc. If your child forgets their lunch they can receive one from our cafeteria or you may deliver their lunchbox. Our lunches are free to all students !<\/p>\n

7th graders need a shot …..don’t forget to bring in your shot record\u00a0 so there is no delay in getting your schedule !<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

If you have any textbooks or library books that you did not return at the end of the school year would you please bring them to the school.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>If your student is absent and needs his or her missed assignments please check the teacher web pages or schoology. All of our teachers have a webpage that they maintain with homework, assignments, projects and upcoming events. Also please remember you have 48hrs to send in a note to excuse your child’s absence.<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n

PARENTS<\/span><\/p>\n

If your child is going to be entering 7th grade next year they need boosters!\u00a0We need the updated shot record turned in prior to school starting. This will avoid having to stand in a long line to receive your schedule.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Parents if you ever want to come and eat lunch with your child or go on any field trips you must be a cleared VOLUNTEER. You can fill out a volunteer form online at stjohns.k12.fl.us under for parents and students.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a phone in the front office available for students to use. Please discourage them from using their personal cell phones. Students may have their phone but the phone needs to be turned off and kept in their bookbags or in their pocket out of sight.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for lost phones.<\/p>\n

Bus Information<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

NO Courtesy Riders will be\u00a0 allowed\u00a0for any buses this year per transportation.<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0If you move, proof of residence must be provided to get a bus pass for your new drop off\/pick up<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

If you have a <\/b>change of address or contact phone numbers please notify the front office <\/b><\/span>so that we are able to maintain current information in our records. This is very important just in case of an emergency.<\/b><\/span><\/td>\n
